Capabilities

HBR has a 5,000 square-foot manufacturing facility filled with well maintained equipment. For increased production lines, HBR has an additional 2,400 square feet available to use. This immense facility acts as the backbone for HBR's assembly. Combined with the deep experience of HBR's staff (comprised of design, testing, and manufacturing experts), HBR's capabilities span small production runs, fast prototypes, and access to a world-class supplier base for exceptional vendor selection and supply chain management. To bring it all together, HBR's management team maintains strict quality control, utilizing stringent guidelines and best practices to take products from design to reality -- all while reducing cost and meeting deadlines.

Management Team

HBR's management team is comprised of:

Henk Ryssemus: Henk has served as the CEO since he founded HBR in 1979, along with acting as President from 1979 until 2007. Henk has extensive experience in the design, manufacturing, and logistics of inductors and contract services. Henk founded HBR after holding senior management positions at Tranex.

Mike Ryssemus: Mike has served as President of HBR since 2007; before then, he acted as Operations Manager since 1994. Mike brings experience from the aviation and IC Manufacturing Equipment industries to HBR. Mike is experienced in the sourcing of components, subassemblies and services. He brings scheduling and logistics experience to the company. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics.
