Custom Stainless-Steel Tube Coils
HBR Industries, Inc. produces custom stainless steel tube coils to help meet your customer’s application requirements. Our technical capabilities and years of experience enable us to provide custom tube coiling to match your exact design specifications.
Stainless Steel Tubing Coils Designed to Your Project Specifications
HBR Industries, Inc. works with stainless steel tube up to 1/2” in outer diameter and can produce bends and coils within or beyond the normal tolerances of the tubing itself. All standard grades and alloys can be used in stainless steel tube coiling, and we can assist you in selecting and obtaining the ideal material for your application. No matter what your design requires, we have the capabilities to produce custom stainless steel tube coils for your unique needs.
Tube Coils Manufactured from 304 Stainless Steel
HBR Industries, Inc. offers seamless or welded stainless steel 304 and 316 alloy options for your coiling applications. Stainless steel alloy 304 contains between 18 and 20 percent chromium and up to 8-12 percent nickel, as well as small amounts of carbon and manganese, delivering excellent value for applications that require superior corrosion and oxidation resistance.

Tube Coils Manufactured from 316 Stainless Steel
Stainless steel 316 has a similar material makeup and almost the same physical and mechanical properties as 304 stainless steels. However, a critical difference is that 316 stainless incorporates about 2 to 3 percent molybdenum. This addition provides enhanced corrosion resistance over SS 304, particularly against chlorides and other industrial solvents. In addition, stainless 316 is also chlorine resistant.

Stainless Steel Tube Coil Applications
Stainless steel tube coils are ideal for potentially corrosive environments and for transferring liquids and gases for cooling, heating, and other purposes.
At HBR, we work with stainless steel tubes that are ½” O.D. (outside diameter) and smaller. Our experience working with stainless steel tubes has provided us with the capability and knowledge to create the desired result, no matter how simple or complex your design may be. Contact us today.
Industrial Stainless-Steel Tube Coiling
Industrial Tube coiling are manufactured bent, curved, wound, or otherwise formed around a hollow “center” into something resembling an oversized spring. The individual layers or levels of a coil may or may not touch each other; the distance between each successive layer is called the pitch.
Depending on design requirements, tube coil may or may not include spacers between each level to maintain the proper pitch. Coils also reduce friction, allowing for increased flow rates.
Value-Added Services for Stainless Steel Tube Coiling
HBR offers various secondary services to add value to your stainless-steel tube coils. We can provide machining, assembly, brazing, and more to help streamline your overall production process and save you time and money.
